Returns Little Spooks is happy to exchange or refund (excluding all shipping costs) if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, providing the goods have not been used. Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase in a condition by us deemed suitable for resale. Little Spooks recommends registered post when returning any goods as we will not issue refunds on goods that fail to reach us. Little Spooks is not responsible for any goods lost or stolen in transit. If the goods are proven to be faulty or incorrect Little Spooks is happy to cover any additional postage costs. This does not include the original postage cost of the goods to be delivered.
